May 1: Publisher identified and contract signed
October 31: Chapter first drafts due
December 31: Peer review complete; revision suggestions returned to authors
February 15, 2027: Chapter second drafts due
May 30, 2027: Manuscript submitted to publisher
Abstracts
Abstracts are limited to 400 to 600 words including tentative chapter title and three to five keywords. On the same document, also include a short (<100 words) bio and contact information for author(s). Please submit your abstract as a .docx file.
